San Marzano Pdo Tomatoes
A unique variety, grown exclusively in the Sarnese-Nocerino area.
Its production follows a strict quality control process throughout all stages of its production cycle. All operations are manual, from transplanting to the final harvest stage; in fact, its cultivation cannot be mechanized.

it has a label with all information on origin, producer, variety, and the PDO mark. Each label has a number issued by the Consortium.

Shape and texture
Shape: elongated cylindrical shape tending to pyramidal with a central dimple.
Texture: soft to the touch, with firm pulp and very delicate thin skin.

it has an intense red color with yellow shades near the stem.
